On October 16, 2005, Focus Media announced the acquisition of Framedia, which operate a network of advertising poster frames placed mainly in the elevators and public areas of residential complexs. As of
December 31,2006, our poster frame network has approximately 99,700 advertising poster frames installed in cities throughout China.
The poster frame network focuses directly on target audience. It penetrates into high-end commercial buildings and residential buildings in major cities or relatively economic-developed cities in China. The frames are installed on the walls inside elevators or at the elevator bank, covering the high-income earners in commercial buildings and residential buildings. It helps advertisers to deliver advertising messages directly and precisely to their target audience with high frequency.
